Follow reporting about shipping routes, ports, vessels and maritime security. Compare newsroom accounts with official maritime notices and trade dashboards before drawing conclusions about a route or shipment.

Incident, route disruption or trade impact?
These describe different things. An incident report does not by itself measure port throughput, shipment delays or an increase in freight rates. Keep the metric, route and reporting period attached to each claim.
Where to look next
UKMTO provides maritime security notices, IMO publishes international maritime information, and IMF PortWatch offers trade and port-activity dashboards. These resources answer different questions and have their own coverage limits.
A sequence of published reports, not a verified incident timeline. WW3 Signal has not independently verified these reports. Open each original source for its evidence and event dates. Dates show publisher publication times unless explicitly labeled “First indexed.”
